Lewis Center/AAE Fundraiser Instructions / Procedures
Fundraiser Request Form is to be submitted to Fundraiser Coordinator
- 20 business days prior to start date of fundraiser.
·Completed
request forms can be submitted via email to lbean@lcer.org
or in person at Linda Bean's office in the M building (right outside of Kim
Bunnell's office)
·When checking
the calendar while planning your fundraising event, remember to check all
calendars on the list, e.g. Lewis Center, all AAE calendars, Internal, Local
Outreach and so on. The only one you don't have to choose is the car and van.
This will give you an idea of what is available.
·Submitted
requests do not guarantee your fundraiser will be approved.
·A copy of your
request will be returned to you as quickly as possible.
·All fundraising
activities, on or off campus, involving any K-12 students must be approved and
on the fundraising calendar.
The Fundraiser Coordinator will verify that requested days are
available and add item to calendar with a tentative status.If
applicable, request is then forwarded to ASB advisor for approval.
·If applicable, ASB
advisor verifies that proper forms are on file with ASB and if so the request
is approved and forwarded to administration for final approval.
or
·If required
forms are not on file with ASB, all missing forms are attached to request and
request is returned to fundraiser coordinator who will then communicate
information to requesting party.
Upon approval by Administration, the Fundraiser Coordinator
revises calendar from a tentative status to approved status and notifies
the requesting party.
·Once approved,
fill out Fundraising Request Form located:
