NASA's BEST

NASA's BEST Engineering Workshop

NASA's Beginning Engineering, Science and Technology program through the National Aeronautics and Space Administration is a hands-on engineering program.  This series of 10 workshops is conducted on Mondays and Thursdays in the fall.  Level I is for grades 4-5 and Level II is for grades 6-8.  Students will work in groups to complete NASA "missions" by designing and creating prototypes with supplied materials.  Each prototype will be tested against predetermined parameters.  Students will also learn about past, current and future NASA missions.

Upon complete of the program, students will be awarded the NASA's BEST Student Award certificate through the National Aeronautical and Space Administration and a t-shirt!  Each level is designed to accommodate 20 students with exciting hands-on activities.

Online registration for NASA's BEST will open August 29th at 5:00 p.m. at the links below.
